The new owner of this one bedroom furnished investment apartment in The Wharf, a harbour side development in Sydney, needed a professional eye to decorate and take responsibility to manage the project as they lived in country New South Wales.

Purchasing items within a budget and working with existing pieces the apartment was completed within the ten day schedule ready for a quick and increased rental.

Our team satisfied the request from the property manager for this furnished investment studio apartment. Again in The Wharf, our objective was to improve and give the apartment a total makeover for the new owner living in Perth.

The transformation included painting, new furniture, accessories, art, light fittings and a kitchen refurbish by replacing doors and adding a glass splashback. Bathroom vanity doors were replaced to match the kitchen.

From dismantling old fixtures to completion a four week time frame was met with immediate letting at a higher rental.

Investors and Property Managers can relax - you can now confidently pass on responsibility for all manner of work involved in renovating and improving your investment property from studio apartments to larger investments.

Refreshing and modernizing investment properties, within a budget, is now a service I can offer.

Working with ahands on project manager and an independent professional team of trades people, all with a proven record and one thing in common, a passion and attention to detail, a priority. The finished results are surprising.

Sensitive to the property value, location, general condition, an upgrade can be achieved within a realistic time frame and budget.

From a completely furnished and equipped apartment for an executive let to a general upgrade. Understanding how competitive the investment rental market is, an investor needs to present their property in the best possible way.

Proven rent increases, immediate letting and adjustments to the property value are natural outcomes to a sensitive upgrade.

Every project is unique; a budget may include a brief to renew items of furniture, accessories, painting, new wall and floor coverings, light fittings to giving the kitchen or bathroom a makeover.

Our aim is to design interiors that are comfortable and individual, creating a timeless look, often including existing items such as adding new doors and splashbacks to update kitchens and bathrooms.

We are able to manage the project and furnish within a minimal time frame, investors and property managers have been more than happy with the results.

After an inspection with our project manager and myself, a brief written estimate for work is supplied with an outline report and storyboard.

Please feel free to Contact Trish to discuss your project and initial costs.
